Our “Introduction to Legal Project Management” course is designed for lawyers who want a general education in how project management principles apply to the legal profession.  The workshop includes a customized case study which participants discuss to consider exactly how the principles apply to each practice.

Participants in all our courses also use the Legal Project Management Quick Reference Guide, Second Edition to review helpful tools and plan future activities.
